We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Nursery Manager to lead our beautiful early years setting in Farnsfield, Nottinghamshire.

This permanent 40 hours per week role is perfect for a proactive manager who loves building strong relationships with families, developing staff talent, and creating an enriching environment for early childhood development.

• Hours: 40 hours per week, Full-Time
• Salary: From £36,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery , ensuring a clean, safe, organized, and stimulating environment.
• Staff Mentorship: Drive an “always learning” culture by conducting regular supervision meetings to support your team’s career development.
• Parent Communication: Keep parents updated via our dedicated nursery communication app, face-to-face updates, and written reports.
• Compliance: Ensure absolute adherence to statutory guidelines, company policies, and strict safeguarding procedures.

Candidate Requirements

Skills: Confident interpersonal skills , strong customer service ethic , and sound, actionable knowledge of Ofsted and EYFS guidelines.

Qualifications: Full and relevant Early Years Level 3 Childcare Qualification or higher.

Experience: Proven experience supervising staff and managing compliance in an Early Years setting.
