Are you looking for a high-level Childcare Management job in Lincolnshire? We are seeking a highly capable and performance-driven Nursery Manager to oversee our setting in Bourne.

This position requires a leader who can shape a shared vision for the setting , manage budgets efficiently, and deliver outstanding early years care.

• Job Title: Nursery Manager
• Location: Bourne, Lincolnshire, PE10
• Hours: From 40 hours per week, Full-Time
• Salary: From £40,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Strategic Growth: Work collaboratively to meet business KPIs, operational budgets, and specific nursery targets.
• Recruitment & Training: Conduct interviews for internal and external applicants , coordinate new starter inductions , and deliver team training.
• Inspection Prep: Keep highly accurate records and prepare the setting thoroughly for regulatory audits and Ofsted inspections.
• Safeguarding & Safety: Serve as the nursery key holder and take ultimate responsibility for the health, safety, and well-being of the children in care.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualifications: Must possess a full and relevant Early Years Level 3 Childcare Qualification or higher.
• Experience: Strong background in managing nursery performance, tracking data, and leading teams.
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication , sharp organizational skills , and advanced EYFS implementation skills.
